Theo is a Licensed Estate Agent, and acts as the Officer in Effective Control, and Director of Nyko Property. With a background predominantly in the Commercial/Industrial Property sector, working directly for a Developer, Theo understands the involvement required to source the right project, and the best way to package it, providing all the information required for any prospective purchaser to make an informed decision. Theo's role at Nyko Property will include sourcing high quality projects, servicing current Referral Partners and their clients and recruiting new Partners. Theo has a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and his commitment to the industry and guidance to others is highly respected.

Bill has over 9 years experience in Banking and Finance ranging from positions as a Finance Manager for Westpac to the Finance Director at a national mortgage broking business.
Bill had also successfully launched a marketing company in 2003 named Telelink which assisted Real Estate and Property businesses to identify and assist investor clients; and National Finance Link, a mortgage broking business which concentrated on the investment markets.
Bill is an avid investor himself and ensures that the employees of Nyko Property practice what they preach. Bills qualifications include a Certificate IV in Financial Services as well as Tier 2 Accreditation in Mortgage Lending.
Bill has also recently gained the status of Associate of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia and has gained a number of other technical and management accreditations throughout his career, as well as being a qualified Real Estate Agents Representative.
